Fulfillment Times:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Locations:
- Canadian Orders are fulfilled from our 3PL warehouse in Alberta.
- U.S. Orders are fulfilled from our 3PL warehouses in Salt Lake City, Utah or New Jersey, NY, based on delivery proximity.

- Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $9.99 CAD
- Remote or rural areas: May require additional time
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard Shipping (4–8 Business Days): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $9.99 USD
- Remote or rural areas: May require additional time
Order Tracking:
All orders include tracking. A link will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Changes:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we do our best to catch it in time, address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been sent to fulfillment.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
